|Color| Sets the color palette mode. This value initially set when the program is started.
|Select Under|: in |arrow pointer| mode, selection is underneath the object it would otherwise select; allowing you to select under objects. It can be issued any number of times.
|Select All|: selects all objects. If editing text, the text is selected. With layers, the |Select All| command is subject to multi-layer select - see |Set Layers| in the |Layout| menu.
|Publishing|: lets you communicate 'PICT' pictures directly with other applications.
|Get Info窶ｦ| gets information about a single selected object. Same as holding the Option key while double-clicking on an object.
|Multi-Copy|: provides for multiple duplication of 1 or more objects; includes rotation and other effects.
|Duplicate|: duplicates all selected objects. By default, the objects are offset about 18 pixels (1/4 inch). But if you immediately move the object, the offset is updated to produce the same offset defined by the movement.
|Special Paste|: Additional ways for pasting objects.
|Clear|: deletes all selected objects (or if editing text, then the selected text is deleted). Also occurs if the |delete| key is struck (|backspace| on Macintosh Plus keyboards).
|Paste|: two types of clipboard data: straight text, as when cut while editing text, can only |paste| while editing text. All other clipboard data can be pasted as new objects (but not while editing text).
|Copy|: copies the the selected objects (or text when editing text). Use this command for easy export via the clipboard.
|Cut|: cuts all selected objects (removes them and places them in the clipboard) or cuts text characters when editing text. (To transfer objects between layers, use this command with a |Same Place| command, see below).
|Undo|: the command reverses the previous change to objects. Most commands that change objects can be undone.
